Matthew R. Harris brings a fresh approach to legal practice. His work in the niche areas of bankruptcy and insolvency law is complemented by his growing practice in the areas of commercial litigation and corporate law. Matthew received his training as a lawyer in Toronto and in Australia.

Notarizing and Commissioning documents: Matthew is a Notary Public and Commissioner of Oaths as well as a lawyer. He can witness signatures, administer oaths and notarize documents, and provide related services.
Drafting of Affidavits and Statutory Declarations: Matthew can draft affidavits (used as court evidence) and statutory declarations (legal assertions of knowledge of fact or event).
Drafting of contracts: Matthew maintains a comprehensive corporate law practice which includes drafting agreements and contracts between parties, for supplies or services.
